How do I place an Order?

Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart

Either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout

You will be required to register when you place your first order with us. This provides us with your contact details so that we can process your order. Your details will be stored on our system for your return visits

If you wish to PICK UP your items, choose PICK UP as your membership type from the dropdown box. The system will then know to calculate your 15% discount at checkout.

If your item is to be posted, then choose MEMBER from the dropdown box

Check your billing/shipping addresses are correct & choose your payment method

7 Please refer to our Payment Section for further details if paying by Bank Deposit or Money Order.

Why do I need to register to make a purchase?

Registering is a one-off process that allows us to collect the details we require to successfully process your order. Our system then retains your information so that you simple need to log in on your next visit.

We also require you to register so that the system knows if you wish your purchases to be posted or picked up. By selecting the corresponding member type (either PICK UP or MEMBER), the system can recognise if a discount is required for pick up purchases.

 
Do I choose my own User Name & Password?
Yes, choose a username & password that is simple & easy for you to remember.
 
Why do I need to use a Discount Coupon code?

When you make your first purchase & would like to Pick Up your order, you'll need to use the discount code in order to obtain your 15% discount.

This is a one-off requirement for new users in order to allow the system to update your registration details overnight.

When you make any future purchases, the system will automatically apply your 15% discount when you checkout.

The discount coupon code is PICKUP

 
Does low price mean low quality?
No, absolutely not! We have a commitment to stocking only quality garments and accessories so you can be assured of great quality AND great prices.
 
Why are some of the tags cut or from recognisable department stores?
Some styles will have the swing tags removed or labels cut. These are not seconds –the suppliers do this to stop shop returns. Some of our suppliers' stock are over runs from the manufacturers who supply the major retail stores so therefore labels & tags must be removed where necessary if the store name is on any part of the label or swing tag.
Purchasing over runs allows our suppliers to offer greater discounts on their stock which means we can then offer great prices to you.
 
How can I find out garment measurements and fabric types?
Please Contact Us and we will provide you with whatever information you require.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards through Paypal. You do not need to have an existing Paypal account to use this feature. Paypal is a fully secure payment method.

We also allow payment via Direct Bank Deposit. Please note, if you choose to use Direct Bank Deposit then we require your payment within 48 hours.

We also accept Money Orders and Bank Cheques

Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
 
How long does delivery take / when will my order arrive?
Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery. If your order does not arrive after 5 or 10 business days, please Contact Us and we will investigate immediately.
Goods are legally the buyer’s responsibility once they have been dispatched. Therefore we offer and recommend Registered Post on all orders to protect against loss in transit. Registered Post rates are: $2.75 for purchases of up to $100 + $1.25 for every $100, or part thereof, in item value.
 
How can I arrange Registered Post for my items?
If you wish to your items to be sent via Registered Post, please note this in the Customer Comments Section at Checkout. As this is not an automated process on our system, please add the required amount to cover your purchases to your Total Purchase amount.

The rates are $2.75 for the first $100 worth of purchases & $1.25 for each subsequent $100 or part thereof.

If you have any trouble with this process, please Contact Us & we will assist you.
 
What happens if I’ m not happy with the product or if the size is incorrect?
We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. Goods can be returned for a refund or exchange for whatever reason with 7 days of receiving your goods.

We only offer a refund of postage costs should your items be faulty.

We advise you to Contact Us, if you need confirmation of measurements, fabric etc before you make a purchase.
 
When are new styles arriving?
We have an online newsletter that will keep you up-to-date with new products and offers. Make sure you register to receive these.
 
Do you sell your clothes anywhere apart from online?
At this time our clothes are only available online. We hope to resume a market stall within the next few months. We will update the website with new market details when available.
